That’s almost exactly how I make cold brew coffee. I’ve been making it that way for 15 years.

Thanks for the reminder to make iced tea and keep a jug in the fridge. Seems like such a summery thing to do (even though it's currently 51 degrees where I live, with a high of 62 later today, WTH!?). Also a good NA alternative for those of us trying to cut back and resist the urge to pour a glass of white wine around 5 pm...

I used to give myself a strict caffeine cutoff of 2 PM, but I have become absolutely RECKLESS about having it later in the day lately and you know what? Most of the time it's fine. I will occasionally feel a little more awake at bedtime than I'm used to, but I can fall asleep more easily than I worried about. Which definitely makes iced tea a great alternative to a Happy Hour rose (or, you can just make a cold herbal infusion!)

Totally! I'm actually fairly immune to caffeine and can have a cup of coffee at night with seemingly no effects. Okay, I am going to make some right this second! (Oh, because I'm a dork and sometimes I love being part of something, I ordered some of Meghan Markle's As Ever tea when it went on sale a few days ago. I ordered lemon-ginger. That would make some good iced tea, I think.)
